| Clean grain dries faster, resulting in lower fuel costs.
Two-stage cleaners separate large stalks and trash from the grain, as well as removing fines.
Counter-rotating drums spread grain over a wider area for more thorough cleaning.
Unit may be towed for cleaning at more than one location.
A complete selection of screens is available for cleaning a variety of grains.
Patented gear drive eliminates the need for extra pulleys, shafts or belts to drive the inner drum in the opposite direction.
Fill auger flow gate controls input grain flow.
Optional 8" x 10' swivel fill auger with hopper available (shown above).
Optional 4" x 11' vertical fines auger may be added (shown above).
|For every 10 points of moisture removed from one bushel of corn, one gallon of water is produced. Some of this water condenses on the bin wall, causing spoiled grain. Sukup Airway Tubes work to remove the water from the wall.|
Airways are perforated, triangular-shaped tubes.
Airways pipe dry air along the inside of the bin wall in order to remove moisture condensation.
Airways can pay for themselves in one year through reduced spoilage costs.
|A grain spreader helps to evenly distribute grain and fines, so they won't accumulate in the middle of the bin, which would restrict airflow and increase spoilage risks.|
Sukup Spredway is the most reliable grain spreader you can buy.
Pre-spread disc rotates to create a more uniform flow of grain to the spread pan for even spreading.
The standard Sukup Spredway has a 3000 bu/hr. capacity (wet grain), handles 8" augers and bins up to 34'. Other Sukup models with larger motors offer an expanded spreading range (for bins up to 48') or expanded capacity (5000 bu/hr. to handle 10" augers).
Spreader pan adjusts easily from the top to control the grain distribution pattern and to match bin diameter -- up to 48'.
There are no motors or gear boxes to hamper grain flow.
Permanently-lubricated bearings eliminate climbing the bin to grease bearings or oil gears.
Exclusive pre-spread funnel is an optional accessory that directs grain to the center of the Spredway's pre-spread disc, creating even and uniform spreading action.
A split spreader pan is standard on High Capacity Spredways and optional on all others. By dividing the grain discharge, the flow is more evenly balanced and the spreader operates more smoothly. This is important for larger volumes of grain flow.
The new Super High Capacity Spredways from Sukup is built with the same quality construction and features as our standard Spredways, plus:
7000 Bu/Hr. capacity
Super-sized split/hinged pan assembly
